In reply to: recovery email after fatal errorI’m not entirely sure I understand the enable de-bug in ftp. I have disabled the problem plugin so I found forn the issue.
My problem is I don’t have the recovery email so cannot revert the WordPress site to full access. It still says there is a crictical error so find the recovery email. I don’t have this email so wondered if there was another way of getting it re-sent.

In reply to: Accessing recovery mode without the email linkI am really struggling with this and wou;ld appreciate some help if possible.
I had a crictical error and managed to disable the plugins via ftp. Then found the one creating the error. Unfortunately at the same time as the fatal error my email inbox on the server was full so we emptied to email folders.
The recovery email wasn’t received though. I can login in as admin using the extension suggested but cannot update any plugins as still says fatal error.
Is there another way of getting the recovery email? Or can someone please suggest another way to rectify this please? I don’t have a backup to go to
Any help would be appreciated
