No this form is not customised. The form has been working without any modification, it is only now that the inputs are not visible.

I have also performed the following:

• Replaced plugin with current from WP
• Disconnected and Reconnected Square
• Deactivated all plugins one by one

I have created a new simply donation form with no adjustments here – Testing Donation form – https://www.cancervoices.org.au/testing-donation-form/ the inputs are still not available.

Is there an email address i can send more information to, such as login details?

Was the coupon function added in the latest update?

Ok, if you have no setting for the time zone, WHY then does my event only pass to previous events based on GMT NOT the local time i have set in the WP General settings page.

To clarify.

1. The time zone on my WP General settings page is set to UTC+10:00 Sydney Time
2. I have an event set to start at 9am (AEST) and finishes at 10am (AEST)
3. At 9:01am (AEST) the event is still visible
4. At 10:01am (AEST) the event is still visible
5. At 9:001am (GMT) or 8:01pm (AEST) the event is NOT visible and is passed to the prev events.

Therefore there must me somewhere where this time zone can be adjusted.

I followed the instructions above, when I activated Twenty Seventeen as you said it worked perfectly. Then when i activated Berg it didn’t.

All plugins, themes and WP core are up-to-date. the version of IOS is 11.4.1

I’ll also send the error to the theme developer.

@mailpoet No, I’m not interested helping you. In the same way MailPoet where not interested in assisting me by refunding or crediting the unused MailPoet 2 PREMIUM PLUGIN ONLY fee I’d paid. Then 2-3months later, when we were being told to upgrade to MailPoet 3 then meant we were forced to purchased purchase PREMIUM + SENDING SERVICE.

And, when we were requesting a feature which allowed a user to manage their subscription in an account page using a short-code instead of linking directly from the email every-time it took you guys over 6 months to create that feature. How on earth were we to prepare for GDPR.

@mailpoet as you are pushing more for feedback here it is – In my opinion, now that I have found an alternative, which far better in every way, coupled with your poor customer service you’d not be missed if you did move out of WordPress. Not by me anyway.

@mailpoet In short – My clients were not happy, which forced me to look for alternatives and, there are far better options available of which MailPoet 3 can match.

I suggest instead of asking customers for insights, you look at what else is out there and you better them.

My apologies, worked out the problem.

The email address I was using as the customers email was the same as the Site admin email address. Even though the Restaurant Reservations Admin Email Address was set to a different email address than the Site admin email address and customers email were the same, therefore Confirmed Email was not received.

This is like an early Christmas present. I have no doubt my client will be over the moon.

@wysija I too would like way to put this shortcode on a page that’s visible only to a logged in user, that way they can manage their subscription from within an account page.

Please make this a future enhancement ASAP.
