You’re right that each plan, including the free service, includes specific integrations and features. It’s like how you might select a different level of a streaming service to get more channels or access out of it.
Our Free plan integrates with the following email providers: MailChimp, Constant Contact, SendinBlue, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign, Feedblitz, iContact, MadMimi, Mailpoet, MailerLite, and any HTML Form.
And because we connect with any HTML form, you can still use OptinMonster on the Free plan with your current email provider. Or, you could use our internal storage option, Monster Leads, and then manually upload your contacts into the form until you’re ready to upgrade.
Regarding the licensing, our Free plan allows you to use OptinMonster on one site. However, additional site licenses are included in our Plus, Pro, and Growth + Level plans. You can even purchase additional site licenses if you need to use OptinMonster on more than 5 sites which are included in our Growth level plan.
We understand that this pricing model may not be the best fit for everyone. However, we believe that our pricing model is competitive and provides a fair value for the features and services that we offer.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing your experience.
You’re right, all our plans, including the free plan, require a credit card in order to start and have specific pageview limits and features available to them.
It’s kind of like how you might be billed for internet service or a phone plan. Depending on the phone or internet package you choose, you might get more lines, gigs of data, or other additional features. If/when you near the limit of your selected package, they let you know they’ll be charging you if you go over so your service isn’t interrupted.
We take this same approach, so in the event, your account exceeds the campaign impressions available to it, your campaigns continue showing, and you can keep growing your email list, leads, and sales.
We also give you full control of what happens to your account if you do reach those limits. As you approach your limits, we’ll send 2 email notifications letting you know what to expect.
If you do not wish to have your service continue when you reach the account’s limits, you can set your pageview and upgrade preferences to “Suspend campaigns until pageviews reset at the beginning of the next month.”
