How do I attach a screen print here? Or should I direct mail it to you?
Thanks,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Event Calendar – event text colourSorry Andy – still confused. Not sure what wiki is? I can’t see an option to change the text colour. Here’s a couple of links so hopefully you can see:

Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Event Calendar – event text colourHi Andy,
Yes, already have it installed, activated and on the website. I had already managed to change the ‘options’ so that the table had white background and also managed to change the weekend dates from red to black. My problem is that the text against the category colours within the calendar is gold and doesn’t show up well – black would be better but I’m told that to change that would mean trawling through the 30+ style sheets. I wouldn’t know where to start which is where, hopefully, your new category colouring plugin will help but I can’t yet see any way in the ‘manage category’ – ‘Edit’ page to change the text colour – only the background colour is editable.
Thanks again,
Stewart

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Event Calendar – event text colourHi Andy,
Apologies for the confusion I actually don’t think that message is related to the plugin. Being a new user of WordPress and especially new to ‘plugins’I can’t seem to see how to use The-Events-Calendar category colour’plugin. I have it installed and activated but do I need to add something somewhere else please?
Many thanks,
Stewart

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Event Calendar – event text colourHi Andy,
Many thanks for replying. I installed the plugin but when I look at it in the ‘installed plugins’ page on my WP-Admin it says at the top the following:
“Uh Oh! For some reason WordPress could not create an events page for you (or you just deleted it). Not to worry though, all you have to do is create an empty page, name it whatever you want, and select it as your events page in your settings page. Sorry for the extra step! If you know what you are doing, you may have done this on purpose, if so ignore this message”
How do i get it to link with the potions page of the-events-calendar please?
Thanks,
Stewart

In reply to: [Background Manager] How to send background image 'backwards!'I asked my developer how to have the background image just on the side and he replied:
“It is not possible to have the CSS set up as you ask because the plugin you have installed overrides everything.”
Any advice please?
Thanks

In reply to: [Background Manager] How to send background image 'backwards!'Hi Jammi
I will speak to the website developer. Hope he is having a bon temp as he does not like me messing with the site.
Merci beaucoup.
Bonne journée!
Hi,
I’ve just installed the free plugin and been playing around with the settings. A couple of initial problems:
The first page is ‘About Us’ but I would prefer to have the ‘Menu’/’Pages’ screen as the first page a visitor sees – is this possible?
On the fist page screen the title text lines are too close together. On main site all is ok – can I adjust this?
Finally, I noticed on the WPTouch download – i.e. if you don’t use the auto plug-in – that there are various themes but I can’t see these in the ‘settings’ page.Main site – https://www.loudandclearuk.com
thanks,
Stewart

In reply to: Can't see or access header.phpThanks – when I sign in the first page that comes up is Dashboard. I then view ‘pages’ and the first home page just has this code:
There are about 4 other ‘Home’ pages for different sections and I can view the code on those and edit text etc. but nowhere can I see the header.php
