I have the same problem, but I need kind of a second level of approval.
right now guests have to register and are manually approved (we need specific documents to approve). They choose doctor or pharmacies as roles in this registration form.
Only pharmacies have the ability to register for the shop. (new form – new documents).
Right now the only possibilty to change their user roles is for our support team to manually change their roles after our approval.
I could let them choose their own role in the form like I did in the registration form. But I can’t hold this form changes back until we approve them. So they would be able to use our shop before we have approved them. Is there a way to change this? Like I said a seccond approval level or the possibility to hold back the form changes until an admin approves the form content?
