In reply to: [Site Reviews] Uploading Old ReviewsI’m so sorry mate – after a week of working on making an Excel CSV file from scratch on my Macbook with all the info required, I figure I must be doing it wrong? I just get an error message from the “Import Third Party Reviews” tool, where it says “0 reviews were imported. 35 entries were skipped.”. Clearly my csv file is rubbish – perhaps the headers across the top of the columns aren’t distinguished? Not sure how to upload a screenshot of it here, but I don’t see any reference to this error message in your FAQ’s and solutions. Any ideas on what to try?

Hi Guys,
Is there a way to make a form where I can send an invoice to my customers when they decide they like a particular live band on our site, and would like to book them for their wedding etc? I know there is a Stripe, and Paypal option in the form builder, but due to possible clawbacks from those two, I was hoping to just use ACH / BACS transfer / direct transfer as a payment option for my clients instead. I’d need to be able to send them a link (I guess?) to a form that would present like a payment invoice I’d put together for them, most importantly with a Pay Now button somehow on there.
Is this possible?

In reply to: [LittleBot ACH for Stripe + Plaid] Avoiding Paypal Clawbacks etcMate, thanks so much for replying so fast.
“This plugin gives you a text field to input the amount you want to pay via ACH and that’s it.”
Ok, but do I need to make a post with the shortcode on it, then save it and send the link to the customer, so it presents to them as an invoice so they can then pay it – is that it? If so, is there a pay now button on there of some type?

In reply to: [Site Reviews] Uploading Old ReviewsYes – I studied all your screenshots in-depth before I asked for assistance. And I did see that csv line, which doesn’t address my queries above, but thanks though. Relevant replies to my questions asked above would be preferred, if you get a chance? Screenshots are great, but they don’t respond well to questions. Again, I’m sorry for the bother.
Hey Predrag. Thanks so much. Not sure why your reply seems to be based on my initial post from months ago.. it was meant to be in relation to the post only a few days ago, at the end of ‘page 2’.. Anyhoo, here’s the text from it:
Guys, could you pls let me know what I’m doing wrong with the search form I have sitting in my top slider area over the photo? I can’t get it to go horizontally across the image, like the other form below it does. I don’t know why, as they’re the same exact form, just duplicated and with a different file shortcode.. otherwise identical. https://thelivemusicagency.affordaband.co.uk/
Thanks so much,

Edit: Sorry guys – I think I’ve sorted them both! I’m improving! ??
Hey Guys. I’m so impressed by Forminator that I’ve attempted to import a form from my previous site and use it on my new site (https://thelivemusicagency.affordaband.co.uk/). I need it to be in two places – both running horizontally across the full screen width. But as you can see, on both instances on my homepage, one is vertical unfortunately, and the other is horizontal, but the submit button doesn’t appear on the right hand end to make it full width. I need it to be the same as my AffordaBand.co.uk site’s one – I just exported that form and thought it would appear the same here. Can you see what’s wrong? Sorry to bother you with this!
Kindest Regards,

In reply to: [Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades] Custom CSS Lost? Thanks SO MUCH Chris. I understand most of that. I only ever made changes to the Derby theme, never to the Genesis or WordPress backends, so I had hoped it’d be simply a case of moving my Derby customisations over to the new Derby theme, but it’s difficult finding the hundreds of tweaks all over the place that seem to make the differences. The hiccup for me seems to be in that the Derby developers (Themedy.com) made major changes to the way Derby’s new theme works, so mine looks and works terribly on it now, and as they’re out of business now, they won’t reply to any support requests. But if I stay on the old theme, I get loads of php errors, so I must upgrade it. Never mind – I’ll press on with more wasted time trying to figure out which files I’ve edited over the years! Genuinely, thank you so much again for replying – I know how flat-out you must be. ??
Best,
