Which WordPress version are you using? WordPress 5.7
Which Gutenberg plugin are you using? Gutentor – Gutenberg Blocks – Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor
Which theme? Creativ Kids Education
Have you contacted the creators of the theme? no respond ??
Have you tried to turn off various plugins? which one for example? I have Sikshya LMS, i just have couple of courses

As there might be a conflict with a plugin not working correctly.
