    Hi there,

    I purchased your plugin about 1,5 year ago, also I purchased PDF extension plugin.

    This week i am having issues to open the Tax Invoices summary, I can still open the ADD TAX INVOICE, REPORTS and etc, but I am getting a message error if I try to click on “Tax Invoices”

    The error says Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/stckes519/public_html/wp-includes/meta.php on line 835

    I have checked the above with our web developer and hosting company, they thought it would be a memory issue, they allocated more memory to the site, but the message is coming up again.

    Also there is this message popping up when typing an invoice

    Warning: Missing argument 4 for Sliced_Metaboxes::pre_get_terms() in /home/stckes519/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sliced-invoices/admin/includes/sliced-admin-metaboxes.php on line 939

    can you please let me know what would be the best thing to look into this issue?

    thank you for your reply
    I cannot submit the ticket as I cannot access the Licence Number and when I log in to Sliced invoices, it says I did not make any purchases, I got an invoice but I must have purchased it via WordPress ?
    Since I cannot enter the licence number the ticket cannot go through.

    Hi,
    as per your request, I have sent a detailed message to the form provided together with the admin access to the site. Just following up on this as I have not heard from you….
    In the meantime I visited the Photo Gallery Demo, admin access as well as the sample of the gallery and I have found out you have the same problem on your DEMO version as well. Once an image in the Ecommerce Gallery is chosen as a Digital file, once put in the cart, proceed to the checkout without online payment option, then the link to the file that is available is not working. Once clicked on the download the FILE, the page indicates an error. This is exactly the issue I have with my ecommerce gallery.

    Your response would be appreciated, it is very urgent as I have already set it up for my client and she cannot use the Download Link, so she is emailing the link instead.
