In reply to: [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How to create gallery templates?Thought it was just me going mad, spend DAYS trying to find the dam templates, NExtGen is cool, but trying to get everything working how you want is proving challenging.
One thing, I can get a beautiful slideshow working, but I want it to show captions on each image. I have put the caption text in place (Gallery>Manage Gallery) but no captions show up.
Any Ideas? Cheers

In reply to: [Plugin: pb-embedFlash] Where are uploads stored?Pasber is right, there isnt actually a facility to upload in the plugin. You have to do that part, and then tell the plugin where to look. So youtube or google video, or in my case, the movie file (flv) is on my own webserver and I just told the plugin where to look.
So in your wordpress post, you can tell the plugin to load the movie by using the following syntax:
[flash https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOME_CHARACTERS%5D or [flash https://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=SOME_NUMBERS%5D
Or in my case:
[flash https://www.mydomainname/mymoviename.flv%5D
Hope the helps

In reply to: flowplayer pluginI was struggling to implement the FlowPlayer into my wordpress site but this code has made it easily achievable. Really appreciate the plugin share, nice one.
I also use the extra splash feature dliem added, nice.
Thanks so much, would take me until I was old and grey to figure out all that PHP, I do love messing about with code, but I’m far from competent so this is aweseom

In reply to: Adding Google Analytics? Is there any difference in simply putting the GA.JS tracking code into the footer.php vs using a google analytics wordpress plugin?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Google Analytics for WordPressI have just updated two of my blogs to wordpress 2.6 and have installed this ‘Google Anaytics for wordpress’ plugin on both blogs. Neither works!!
WordPress is at the root of both domains.
When I view source on any of the posts or homepages on either domain I dont see the ga.js google tracking code anywhere. Hmm.
I have checked the options and i am using default settings. Seems rather odd. Perhaps the plugin doesn’t have rights to publish, I login as admin though, so it should
I’m confused! Anyone?
