How do I edit the email sent out from plugin? I assume ftp to edit it, but can’t find it?

Having similar issue with old site queries, such as

/news.cfm?monthId=11&yearId=2008

I want ALL /news.cfm? just sent to /news/

Tried:

/news.cfm?(.*)

But not working…

Exactly what I am getting too, and can’t find any solution online yet.
