Sorry by I can’t share the URL publicly. Here are the steps to reproduce the problem :
- activate the w3 total cache plugin (version 2.2.10 and higher)
- activate the page cache with memcached
- upload an image (from wp-admin/upload.php)

As I explained it is not on a particular URL but when editing fields from ACF (so from the back-office).
