Figures as soon as I posted I figured it out.
Here was my solution in case anyone else has this problem.
Under the Customize Theme section, CCS tab, I commented out this line… /* background: url(line.png) 50% 100% no-repeat */
/* background: url(line.png) 50% 100% no-repeat */
