thank you guys! changing the permission to 777 AND adding the line of code helped!
I still cannot delete some plugins/themes and the following message appears: “Deletion failed: Could not fully remove the theme twentynineteen.”
BUT at least I can add new plugins and files and themes! You made my day! ??
