@lisha56 try disabling ajax on the form. This worked for me and redirected me to the gocardless page.

i do not have the pro version i only have the free version – I have just updated it today and it still has errors.

I’ve just made this change to the plugin file. Hoping the plugin authors can make this change in the next update

Yeah I checked the docs out as soon as I commented and realised you can only do one or the other so I ended up modifying the “class-fb-gf-gocardless-hosted.php” file to take a one off payment or monthly payments depending on a radio button selection.

Thanks @kenrichman I managed to get this working. It turned out that the staging copy I created with Siteground hosting was messing things up so I had to add CORS to the .htaccess file
