I got the same issue, I installed and followed all the steps for TCF v.2 but still in privacy tab i got orange color, and consent is not being displayed to frontend.
I am using wordpress plugin QC choice, but tried also using code placed to head.
Once i disable option: Enable Choice TCF v2.0 in plugin, then consent is displayed but not with the settings i made in dashboard (language, etc.)
Can you please help me solving this?
