In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] NGINX Hosted Server QuestionAfter a few minutes, the NGINX error went away so that answers question 2.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] NGINX Hosted Server QuestionWell, that was easy! Yes, the step you suggested fixed the problem. Cool.
So I still have questions:
- Do you have any idea why this happened? Did we inadvertently do something wrong?
- Do we just ignore the error message about NGINX? I don’t know why that just started to show up either.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcast Controls Attaching to MetaSlider ModuleHi Serhiy,
We only use posts for podcasting, nothing else; they are all episodes.
I know how to run queries and have a backup of the database.
I would be interested in seeing the query.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcast Controls Attaching to MetaSlider ModuleI really appreciate all the time you’ve been putting in to this question.
We are using the post type because each weekly instance is created as a WordPress post. I don’t know for sure why that is, it’s been that way since we started podcasting 10+ years ago. My guess is we started podcasting before we started using Seriously Simple Podcasting plugin.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcast Controls Attaching to MetaSlider ModuleYes, if I uncheck the Post box it takes the player away from everywhere, including our actual Podcasts.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcast Controls Attaching to MetaSlider ModuleBoth MetaSlider and LayerSlider are WordPress plugins. You create the content in their own separate interfaces and then it generates a shotcode that you can paste into any page and it will display the images. Neither of them are affiliated with Divi.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcast Controls Attaching to MetaSlider ModuleYes, I can only SEE the player when in the visual builder (attached screenshot), but the player takes up space on the published page, preventing positioning and alignment based on the size of the image slider if the image width is smaller than the player width.
I have determined after some testing this week that the same problem occurs with both the MetaSlider and the LayerSlider WordPress plugins.I have now moved on to just using the Divi Builder Slider module, which is less intuitive to use, but does not have the problem with the Seriously Simple Podcast player bar getting attached to the image.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Podcast Controls Attaching to MetaSlider ModuleThanks for your reply, Serhiy,
I have not changed anything on the webpage since my post. The player doesn’t visibly show up on the published page, but it takes up space. The screenshot that is attached shows what I see when in the visual builder of Divi. On the webpage, the image slider is in the same place as in the screenshot and cannot be aligned any further to the right because the player is preventing it from moving.
Do you have some suggested CSS I could try, please?
Sheryl
Thank you. I will investigate further.
It looks like and Internet Explorer issues. When I went into WordPress with Chrome everything shows up as expected.
I am having the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the widget, but that did not help.
