For anyone interested, my meta robot plugin was causing the problem, maybe conflicting with the Yoast plugin, not sure, but it’s sorted! ??

Try and find this in your theme;

I got this from the second from bottom comment, and it worked for me ??

I did a similar thing a good while ago.

I am with hostgator so I just contacted there live chat support and they sorted it for me within minutes. If you are with Hostgator then I recommend contacting them, it might save you a lot of headaches!

If you are not with Hostgator then I am of no help ??

Hey,

You can edit the URL of your page when editing the page itself (it will be under the title).

As long as the url has your keywords in, your SEO should be fine. ??

Ok try this –

Paste your content from word into this – https://www.html.am/html-editors/online-html-editor.cfm

Click source (top left hand corner of box) and copy the HTML into the wordpress Html section

And see if that works?

Your best bet is to edit that text of block in wordpress and not word

Have you tried copy and pasting into the html section when editing a page? This will take out all the funny code so you can edit it properly.

I did not create any pages or posts, as you can see if you click dog aggression (I have not wrote an article yet with the category dog aggression).

So I decided to create a page for dog training and have it set to index, follow via a wordpress plugin (WordPress Meta Robots) but this has seemed to not work either!

Very confused. Any ideas?

There is no difference on how I have set up “Dog Separation Anxiety” verses the other menu items. I just used a custom menu. They are category pages but I wanted them at the top.

I have WordPress SEO by yoast installed and have even selected the option in the category section to follow these pages but it has not worked.

This is a tricky one I can’t get my head around!
