This seems to be something that’s occurred with a couple of other users.
Here’s what resolved it (not uninstalling/reinstalling):
You might simply try this, navigate to the WordPress Dashboard:
Plugins > Installed Plugins > StockUnlocks: Deactivate, then: Activate
You might see immediate results.

This Brand/Models selection is something that is only supported in the StockUnlocks Pro plugin.

I will be marking this as resolved since there has been no reply for over 5 days.
Additionally, I have confirmed that the licensing server has been running uninterrupted now via several different plugin installations, including a few localhosts.

That error message appears when your website can’t connect the license server for one of the following reasons:
- You’re missing the default email and license values: StockUnlocks > Plugin Options: License > License e-mail address =
[email protected]
; License key =ob^U7*z5DFAy7CB$#R%Z)FM^
- Your new website hosting environment is having connectivity issues: Please contact your web hosting technical support.
I can tell you this: The license server is up and running with no other reported connectivity issues. Please make sure that the default email and license key values are entered.
Finally, “Save Changes” to see the results.
This is NOT a bug in the MailPoet plugin.
Here’s what I needed to do in order to fix this error:
- Log into my server configuration: WHM as the root user
- Navigate to: Home ? Software ? EasyApache 4
- Click on “Customize”
- Click on “PHP Extensions”
- Click in the “Search” field and search for: php-mbstring
- Toggle on the extension for the desired versions of PHP
- Click on “Review” in the left column
- Scroll down and click “Provision” to complete the process
It would be a good idea to restart the server for good measure.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] reCAPTCHA no longer working, forms won’t submitSOLUTION: I regenerated the reCAPTCHA keys via Google’s Admin interface. I replaced the old keys with the new. Everything works as expected now.
Also, please make sure that you are using the correct:
- API URL – The slightest change will cause the error you are experiencing. Please contact your API Provider and ask them to verify the values you are using for the API URL.
- API USERNAME – Sometimes the username may or may not include the full email address. Your Supplier should let you know whether or not you have to use the entire email address for just the ‘name’ portion.
- API PASSWORD – Check, double check and triple check that your password contains all the appropriate characters and cases that you used when you created it. If necessary, create a new password to be sure.

If you haven’t arranged to obtain a static IP Address, you may be experiencing problems with NAKSH Soft API connections as most of these API providers work best with static IP Addresses.
You can try logging into your NAKSH Soft account and clearing your registered IP Address, if they allow that. Once you’ve cleared the IP Address, save your changes and try going back to your WordPress Admin Dashboard and importing again.

Immediately after I logged into your website, I tried importing services from UnlockBase with your current settings and it failed.
I changed your API URL for UnlockBase from: https://www.unlockbase.com/ to https://www.unlockbase.com/xml/api/v3 and it still failed.
I then used my testing credentials that I have with UnlockBase (my API Username and my API Access Key) along with the API URL = https://www.unlockbase.com/xml/api/v3
I was able to successfully retrieve 174 total unlocking services from UnlockBase.
The problem you’re experiencing must be related to either your API Username and/or your API Access Key. Please contact UnlockBase support to work this out.
Using a known good configuration, the StockUnlocks plugin is working as expected.
