I am not using Site Kit by Google. I had the Site Kit plugin installed, but not activated and the text box was grayed out.

However, based on your comment I deleted the Site Kit plugin and now I am able to add the Analytics ID in the Web Stories plugin settings.

I as well cannot get to my posts page!
