Hello, thank you for your response. After further testing, I’ve pinpointed the issue, and I can confirm that this is not related to Stripe. The problem was caused by WooCommerce itself when “Enable compatibility mode (Synchronize orders between High-Performance Order Storage and WordPress posts storage)” was turned on.

When this option was enabled, WooCommerce was incorrectly creating a new order for the refunded amount instead of updating the original order total. However, after disabling compatibility mode, refunds now process correctly, and no new orders are created.

I wanted to share this with you in case it helps troubleshoot similar cases. Let me know if you’d like more details.

Hi, i have added my own cron through hosting side and disabled wp_cron. Everything else that uses cron is working.

Hi, this is the exact problem I am having. Where is the hcaptcha? The plugin is enabled and running. But it’s not showing up. And when you try and submit your email it says please complete hcaptcha

edit: it seems to only show on incognito mode on safari. I have tried removing and re adding the domain on the stripe dashboard with no joy. The domain is also entered as the correct format (no www).
