Quick update – I just checked and the backup is finally done but it took an absurdly long amount of time – almost 2 hours!

This backup was started at 2.30pm and at 3pm it was in progress without much progress at all

At the moment of sharing this with you, the backup is still nowhere close to completion and the resumption interval has changes to 400 seconds and it keeps on increasing as time passes.

The last full backup (db, plugin, theme etc.) was on 4th july and I can’t see the log file for that on the dashboard.

Please note that I tried to manually take the full backup on 10th Oct but that just never completed as highlighted in the original post above.

Figured out what the issue was – I had turned off the sidebar on the whole website so it wasn’t showing on the shop page as well. Went to the page and altered it’s settings to show the sidebar just on that page.

Unfortunately, the sidebar is too wide.
So, I added this code to reduce the width –
div#secondary {
width: 250px;
}

However, the products icons do not resize to fill the page and get shifted to the left side instead (see this screenshot). What can I do to ensure the icons resize to fill the rest of the page?

I have the relevant product categories and values assigned but it just doesn’t show up on the shop page for both mobile and desktop.

I’ve added a product category filter to the woocommerce sidebar but it still doesn’t show up on the shop page.

Haven’t received a reply on this yet. This is the major issue on the desktop version of the website – and this is happening on both the cart and checkout pages!
