I have upload in into plugin directory
It comes up but unfortunately, it doesnt work well
We use wordpress 3.5.1 and twenty eleven Theme
the website seems working but somethime it doesnt appear.

Hopefully anybody would recommend the best banner plugin that can be shown on footer either in sidebar
