In reply to: [PixMagix - WordPress Image Editor] Image Data is Missing errorI can download the edited image and then upload to replace the original so the problem seems to be when doing the replacement directly or exporting to media.

Cancelled. Support is terrible and make sure you don’t suscribe to a paid plan until you test well. They will invoice you 2 weeks in advance for next month.

In reply to: [Limepay WooCommerce Gateway] Transaction incomplete. No payment token found.Found the problem. STaging site using same plugin. Disabled plugin in staging site and tested an order ok.
Happy to mark this resolved.
Hi Jon,
That was very helpful.
I had a new tab with a shortcode to a form. I had deselected it in the template in AllImport so didn’t think it would be an issue as that tab was not added to that product.
I edited the tab so that the shortcode used “” and it now imports ok.
Unfortunately the error from AllImport is that there is an ‘ somewhere but no help in where. I only knew it was a Tab issue because when I deactivated the Tab plugin there were no errors.
Thanks for your help ??
Problem solved – thank you!

I found the same. The fields were greyed out in 5.07 and couldn’t be entered at all. In 5.09 they are able to be edited but they don’t save as you say.
I have also rolled back to 5.06 and waiting on a fix.

In reply to: [EngageBay WooCommerce integration] Testing killed my siteFound it was due to ModSecurity logging use as an attempted exploit.
When this resolved other errors and issues discovered as per my other postsForum: Plugins
In reply to: [EngageBay WooCommerce integration] Testing killed my siteSeems to be theme related

In reply to: [EngageBay WooCommerce integration] Testing killed my siteI created a single page with your tracking code and noted 2 things:
If not logged in to wp-admin there didn’t seem to be a problem
When logged in to admin it failed and it then became impossible to access wp-admin from that browser.
If I cleaned out the cache (browser) it logged out wp-admin and worked again.
So issue on my site seems to be a clash when logged in as admin. I assume this would also affect users logging in so can’t risk the loss of business until I work this out.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [EngageBay WooCommerce integration] Testing killed my siteI found out that placing your tracking code on my site also killed it. Will keep looking….
I had the same problem and it was due to WP Fastest Cache causing an error when it combined javascript.
