Thank you for the quick response. We update regularly and are running the latest free version on all sites.

Were you aware that the shared secret token linked the sites automatically? Is this something that could be done at our end?

@danieliser – I updated the plugin today but the popups “jump” in Safari on mac desktop sizes.

Also, in Firefox the logo I use appears full size instead instead of – width=”98″ height=”50″.

Thanks for the help. Sorry to bring these up but there are a couple of other bugs:

1. The popups jump position a few pixels after loading

2. The poups no longer close when the user clicks outside the popup.

Thanks. I activated the Direct and got the IP address back. This has now been added and everything works.

This was maybe an error from my host as they gave me my ‘dedicated IP address’ but it was the ‘Server IP address’ that they should have given me.

Actually, I can’t see an IP address in the error message – where would I get that?

I got this error but does that matter?

INVALID – Simulator cannot find your vendor name in its database. The simulator saw the Vendor Name ‘christianmacleo’
