I am having a similar issue to this. It looks to be only happening on the Woocommerce settings page. I am unable to edit the new shipping zone settings.
Sorry for not mentioning this earlier. Specifically in the single store page. I have changed it in your plugin, however, I am guessing that isn’t great practice. Is there anyway I can change it in my functions.php to override the default?
