Just to add, I think I have sorted this now, it seems the sitemap name had been changed in the database, so I changed it back and I think all is ok.
I followed instructions here:

I just turned the video off on that page and the CLS issue persists. The Page Speed report still says the Element causing the biggest CLS issue is:

And yes I am delighted with the scores, but according to Google Search Console I have 148 Poor URLs, as they have CLS Issues and I don’t know how to fix them.
I only am concerned as since Google introduced the Core Web Vitals as a major ranking factor in June I have lost 66% of my traffic and the only part of it I am failing is the CLS bit, so I at least want to try and fix it.
