This is a known issue and we are working on a fix. I’ve noticed this issue particularly with the Bricks Builder plugin as well. You can follow progress on a fix via this GitHub issue.

The password protected message will not go away until you initiate a new scan by updating or publishing a post. Have you tried that?

For now, to hide the tool tip you can use CSS.
