I’m a writer not a developer so I need a simple solution. That’s the whole point of wordpress right? It’s easy to install, maintain and install plugins. Once you start talking about minify and user agents and theme switching…. i’m lost. Especially since the new mobile plugins don’t expose a mobile theme to choose from (WpTouch and MobilePress).

It would be nice if you had just a checkbox on your plugin that would disable the entire plugin for mobile clients or at a minimum page caching. Mobile is probably just .5% of my traffic so that would be good enough for me ??

I’ve moved back to WP Super Cache and I’m back up and running for now. I do like your plugin for the database caching and other options but until I see something in your release notes that has a simple solution for Mobile themes I’ll just be watching from the sidelines.

@fredericktownes – Which Theme do you recommend? I see several in the extend repository however I cant find one that specifies a theme based on User Mobile Agent

I’m having the same issues. Each time I activate either MobilePress or WPTouch, I get the mobile themes using my PC on IE and Firefox…..

But the WPTouch guys don’t seem to want to touch that one ??

Well I was unable to solve the problem so I ended up building a new WordPress install and importing all my posts using the Import function. Not very Sexy and a bit of a pain but it was the only thing I could do to fix the problem….. ??

I don’t Mind FeedWordPress however the problem I run into is the POST from FeedWordPress in my blog use a separate Template for some reason and things like my BookMark Plugins at the bottom of pages don’t show up and a few other really odd things.

I’ve got the same problem. The “return 0;” worked with WordPress 2.5.1 however after an upgrade to 2.8.x that no longer works…

Plugin is now allowing me to upload images and save the feeds however, when I go into the Widgets section I don’t see an option to add the widget to my sidebar.

I’m using WordPress 2.8

Would be nice if it would create a new RSS feed for me to consume rather than only being just a widget…

Can you also confirm what exactly it does? Does it create a new RSS feed which will combine multiple feeds or does it just create a widget of the combined feeds which is not consumable by a normal RSS reader / feedburner?

What I’m looking for is a Plugin which will allow me to combine multiple RSS feeds into a single RSS feed which I can then burn with Feedburner.

Basically I have several blogs and sub-blogs and I want to combine all their feeds into a single feed which will be then burned with Feedburner.google.com

I’m having the same problem. Site is lightning fast but the admin pages take 30 seconds to load. When I look at my mySQL server, it shows the process sleep for 30 seconds then after 30 seconds, bam, it processes the request.

This issue needs to be re-opened. It’s not resolved. I’m having the same issues. Admin pages are taking 30 seconds to load and when I look at my mySQL server, the query is sleeping for 30 seconds before it executes. Why is this?
