BINGO! Thank you SO MUCH. I had gone to Events>Settings but had not seen Formatting at the top of the page. It seemed to be in with Woo Commerce stuff so I thought Formatting wasn’t pertinent to what I was trying to do.

I mean Animal Care Clinic at 7pm gets listed before Zookeepers Clinic at 2pm.
