Yes thanks. But for some reason that’s not the case. We can upload an image but are not able to insert it. Only if we temporarily disable download manager can we insert images into pages normally

Yes thanks I’m aware of that plug-in. The site owners were wanting something simpler like just a message to call the gallery for a quote. Any other thoughts

Mark thanks for your guidance. Her host doesnt allow us to either edit or replace that file “has to be done by an admin” we sent them a current copy 5 days ago and they haven’t done squat- So were going to move to a more responsive host.

James thanks so just to be clear If we end up creating a new acct it will recognize the domain and she wont loose existing subscribers

She thinks she made the original connection with an email she no longer has

James yes thanks very much For some reason the host suddenly and with out notice blocked in .htaccess.

A follow up question if you’ll indulge me is now that we can make a new connection, the site owner doesn’t appear to have the login credentials to wordpress.com. If we make a new acct will she loose all her subscribers or are they stored local to her site

Thanks I did already try a default theme and tested with plugins disabled. I also enabled debug which showed this issue- However i had already tried things with that plugin off and that didnt resolve things so..
