I expect the special code we have had written (to present an inflated price for users who are not logged in) results in a $0 price not a ‘null’ price for items that are are ‘null’ for those logged in.

I will look into having this code modified but our developer is quite busy and it could be a month before they get to it.

Suggestion: Maybe an option in the future could be to have a global setting for the plugin that decides what to do with $0 items; leave them as $0 or mark with ‘Call for Price’.

Your one file (PostsmtpMailer.php) fixed the formatting issue but created another. The Ninja contact form I use is supposed to send an email to the form user and one to the webmaster. At the moment it is sending the form user two copies and not sending the version to the webmaster at all.
