I have discovered that this problem was caused by a cache issue so please close this ticket.

Resolved. I had to edit the plugin code to fully hide the recurring end date.
Resolved – the recurring end date is not entered into the forms database, but is sent to eWay.
I am having the same problem – the form just hangs on submit even though the Client API and API Subscriber List ID are correct. It used to work fine.
