I figured it out, you can remove line <?php twenty_twenty_one_post_thumbnail(); ?> from line 18 of template-parts/content/content-single.php

Please confirm that this is the best way.

I’m not sure what the anomaly is, but I can suggest something you could try.

If you get one of your team mates to log in and set you up with an admin login, then try that and see if that works?

Would be interested to know if that gave you the same issue.
