I have the same problem.
While testing I have noticed it seems to always select the last value/button of the field upon page reload.
ex: 1(x) 2() 3()
after reload upon validation error: 1() 2() 3(x)

I’m just a user like you, sharing my experience ??
It was working for me too, before just now.
And so this is the solution I found to make it work.

There seems to be a problem with the Openweathermap feed – maybe they have changed something. I had the same problem just now.

I noticed the feed worked on wp-cloudy site but not int the showcased examples…
So I went to openweathermap.org and created a free account. There you get a personal API code. Just put it in the general settings in the ‘Advanced’ tab. It worked for me.

I had the same issue: Blank page with the redirect mode.
Installed 1.3 on fresh WP 3.5.2

uninstalled 1.3 and installed 1.2 and it works fine.

Not much info but hope it helps.
