Ok, here is the update.
Completed the manual update.
Tried to access my wp-admin page.
Message asking to repair database tables. do so.
refreshed

500 error.

please advise.

All files were backed up initially. whew!

EDIT: If you still get the notice with all your plugins deactivated.. then you may need to re-install wordpress.

Can I re-install without WP 3.5 losing data?

Not super backend /database savvy.

I tried while waiting for an answer, in panic mode reading the Troubleshooting WordPress 3.5 Master List.

I just get Error establishing a database connection.

FYI. We found out that a plugin conflicted and disabled the blog feature.

Any resolution to this PayPal and WordPress glitch?

I too am having the same problem. The dropdown does work when you use the Add drop-down menu.

This problem is ONLY with the Add drop-down menu with price/option.

Please update this thread if anyone has a solution.
