Great, thank you Brad. I did an extensive search for without success this before posting on the forum.
I see you are based in SA. Is Foo Gallery a SA born plugin?
Thanks again
Stephen

In reply to: Change tab titleSorted, thanks. Title is in the “All in One SEO” plugin.
I’m new to Autochimp…. And I’m not much of a coding person = not my area of expertise at all.
Are you saying above that it is not possible to use drag and drop templates with Autochimp? I want to be able to design my header and footer but have no clue how to do this in “code your own.”
Thanks
Stephen
Ah, thanks Cais.
Dear Mr NextGEN
I am a disappointed client. I have in the past upgraded without any problems to new versions. I have now upgraded to ver 2.0.7 and it is causing issues with my site. This is understandable that problems could arise. That though is not the source, entirely, of my disappointment.
The real issue is that there are clearly major issues with this upgrade which have been reported to you and yet you encourage us to go ahead anyway and upgrade. I received an email newsletter telling em about the upgrade – why haven’t you sent another newsletter telling us about the issues and suggesting we DON”T actually upgrade.
I see suggestions above to “simply” roll back. I’m a photographer, not a WP guru, and don’t have the time or expertise to “simply” rollback. I will now have to spend money to have an expert assist here.
You are messing with people’s businesses.
And I can’t but help see the connection between this poor implementation and the fact that there is now a paid for Pro version.
I am disappointed and urge you to get a message to others to NOT upgrade until you have sorted your issues. That way you’ll probably retain more clients in the long run.
My lesson I have learnt is in future to ALWAYS check the support forums for issues before upgrading.

StephenC

In reply to: Image description overlapping in IE9Thanks. I’m not experienced in editing this way but will give it a go. Is it a problem that if I edit the css now that when an upgrade comes along i will need to redo the edit?

In reply to: Updating slugsHi esmi
The link is https://www.stephenc.co.za/category/galleries/event_commercial/
I have managed to change it to event_commercial. I want it to be just events though. I also have this link which I presume is causing the clash https://www.stephenc.co.za/events/
I presume I can’t use “events” in two places? Thanks for your interest and help.

In reply to: Updating slugsThanks esmi. Been there, tried that and I don’t see anything. I did see another post saying that if you don’t have trash the “empty trash” button does not show. makes sense.
Brings me back to my original problem and that is how do I change a slug?
Thanks
Stephen
I may be having the same issue. using IE9 on Windows 7 Pro the thumbnails all display correctly. When you click on the thumbnail instead of the image viewing in nextgen gallery it loads into a new screen in IE9. Ugly!
Help anyone?
Thanks
Stephen
Sorted.
The posts suggests setting the height to 310. I set mine to 95 and it worked better for me.
Thanks to Bee Dudler.
I have the same issue. In row 8 of my gallery I have 4 blanks spaces. I have recently edited the gallery and deleted some images.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Excuse what may be seen as a non techy question.
Where/how do I find the nggallery/fonts folder?Do I get to it via ftp (instructions needed here please) or via the WordPress dashboard?
I am using a Mac.
Thanks
