Hi there…. you seem to be accessible on issues and my site has just started to get an error (customers are calling now) when they add a seat(s). Short of ditching the whole plugin I am running short of answers. Everything is up to date. Are you able to help suggest something I am doing wrong.

Thank you a million times thank you Graham, Malcolm et al. It is all working a treat now and we are ready to get promoting our next show “The Full Monty”.

Now steady on then Graham…. you are fast approaching a status in my mind which is beyond my imagination. So thanks for this… I will give it some attention in the morning. I guess you have the added advantage of being in theatre, AND comfortable with coding. Wish I could say the same, but I am willing to learn. But seriously, when all this is working I must send you a bottle of something. Maybe some of my most favorite New Zealand wine?

Ah – I think I have it and will pursue this in the folder rather than editing the default templates!

Note: The default templates can be edited, but these edits will be lost when the
plugin is updated or activated.

Well Graham – you and Malcolm are more than Greek Hod status now! Yes, it works well. I just need to figure out why it will not save any of my formatting in the sales email. Every time it strips out all the breaks and just has one long line. Reservation is fine. Bottle of single malt coming booth your ways for your help.

Thank you Malcolm, bobocop and Graham. I have the Reservation email working a treat… with the booking email it is sending the message with multiple parts in MIME format which is odd. I will continue to look into it,

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you power users… I am a user and love the plugin and very grateful for the support here. As you all say, Malcolm is a star in my eyes and deserves all the accolades. I have often said (and I think a lot of us users would agree) that a monthly subscription would be well acceptable if someone wanted to take up that challenge. Anyway, thanks again.

Hi Lucia… this is interesting… yes, it adjusts the colour template background nicely but does not change the Japanese translation/text which extends way beyond the measure. I would be quite happy for you to look in the back end if you wish.

Now is that now one of yours, coz without this I do not have access to the lovely template I used, which is kinda why I went with Neve.

Thanks for reaching out… and yes, I am still having the issues with the Japanese on mobile and tablet views. Admittingly I have only checked it on Apple products, but here in Canada and the UK with my sister.

Thanks Roger… yes we have tried that. And I agree it is a stretch to think that SS is anything to do with it. Most times it is WordPress somewhere but to me it is not obvious just yet.

Go Daddy seems to think it is the script when trying to add a performance?
