Anyway, your guide UI is different than Paypal’s. So it is confusing to find the proper credentials.

Which other reason could be causing this?

Here are the instructions I am trying to apply:

– [ ] Soils (category) are excluded from free shipping – If soils are added to an order that is over $200, the soils still need to be charged for shipping fees.

– Seeds (category) and selected items can get free shipping regardless of the cart total. And if seeds are added to the cart with another item that is under $200 value, the other products still need to be charged shipping fees.

Also,

There are other categories that cannot have free shipping. One of the shipping methods we have is free above $200.

There are categories though that need to be charged even if the cart is above $200.

However, the other products that are eligible for free shipping mustn’t be taken into account on shipping calculation cost.

I am referring to migrating only the Tutor LMS data, without overwriting others. Are you sure this plugin can do it?

I am a collaborator in my client’s account who has purchased the plugin. For some reason, I do not have the option to select the plugin (extension) and open the chat.

Do you have any client site that’s based in Portugal?
The info I have from FedEx is that the rates request is not available in Portugal.

The button shows to me on desktop but not on mobile. I am also testing the plugin for a potential use and want to follow their reply on this post.
