  • @weblizar sorry for wasting your time, I just went to check the site again, and today it looks perfectly fine on my laptop, the menus, the icons, all fine.

    I will be doing more work on the site so if I do spot anything I will let you know, but for now it appears to be fine.

    Very strange behaviour from it yesterday, but it’s fine today! ??

    Thanks again for the replies, top service.

    Hi @weblizar

    Hmm, when I look at the site the menus are broken, instead of being in a horizontal line they are stacked vertically, blue text on a plain white background.

    I have a screenshot, but don’t see how to share that here.

    Actually, just because of your response, I have taken a look on my own laptop, my mobile, and my partners laptop (identical to mine). Interestingly it looks different on her laptop (basically fine).

    The two main differences I can see is the menus (horizontal on hers, vertical on mine), and on the “our services” part of the main page (scroll down), hers shows an icon in the first & third service (question mark, and a tick), while mine shows two empty rectangles in the blue circles.

    Is it possible it looks different on mine as I am looking at the wordpress version for editing (even though I don’t recollect that being the case before)?

    Also, and I don’t know if this is related. When I go to edit something like “our Services” section, it says I can add services or remove services, but there’s nothing showing the three I already added. It’s as if they have been added but it has forgotten that they have, because now I can’t see any way to edit the existing services. From memory in the “our services” section it should be showing the three I already added so I can edit them?

    The same applies to the sliders, we have three, but there’s nothing showing in the customisation section, just the option to add a slide, or save.

    Thanks as always for your time.

    Thanks for the prompt reply as always.

    Apologies, I missed the instructions before I updated the theme. The theme had been refusing to update due to the wrong PHP, I sorted the PHP, then fixed an associated SQL error, thought it was all good, but hadn’t read this page before I updated.

    I updated the theme without disabling the companion, the headers and other elements look messed up. I didn’t even realise I had the weblizar companion plugin installed.

    Is there any way to fix it from here?

    Thanks!

    Thanks, I reviewed it ages ago.

    Hi there,

    Quick response, thank you. So, I downloaded the plugin, used the video link, was able to regain the content on the home page, thank you!

    With regards to the other missing eleements (email, phone) I had replaced them anyway, but I think the plugin also replaced those (I can see LinkedIn is back but I hadn’t fixed that link yet, so that must have been recovered).

    Thank you once again for a solid template, this is the first real glitch in a couple of years, and you have already solved the problem.

    Thank you, it fixed it for me.

    The issue occurred when I tried to update mojo marketplace, and perhaps navigated away from that too soon.

    Hi,

    As usual, you guys rock. Nailed it in one. All looks good now, thank you.

    I will probably do another review of the content post the wordpress update, but so far that’s fixed the major problem.

    Great support as always! ??

    Just a bump for relevance, as I seem to be having a similar or the same issue. I have checked out my site in wordpress link and by going there direct, and the headers are not showing up (unless you select all the text in which case you can see them).

    Hi again,

    Further to last, looking through some other posts I noticed something similar from another user.

    I tried changing the colour of the text, nothing happened (no headings visible). I changed the colour of the background text to white and the heading showed up.

    While in theory I can manually go through every page of the website, select each heading, and change the background colour to white, it doesn’t seem like the most elegant of solutions.

    Thanks for your time.

    Excellent!!

    I wasn’t expecting a fix for that, so thank you! ??

    Hey,

    Ok, that’s fixed it. Minor complaint is on rollover the address link now doesn’t change to blue, but I can live with that!

    Thanks again for the support, very impressive response times & fixes.

    Hey,

    Thanks, it almost worked when I used:

    .enigma_footer_widget_column { color: #ffffff !important; }

    It has changed some of the text to white, but not all?!

    See here.

    Note, I note that the office address is a link, which might have something to do with why it’s behaving differently?

    When I used the following it didn’t do anything:

    .confit-address > a,.enigma_footer_widget_column {
    color: #fff!important;
    }

    Hey,

    Just a quick thank you for the quick response, and it’s working exactly as requested.

    I have another question but to keep things clean I will post it in another thread.
