Terrible support. They didn’t respond here and I also sent an email explaining the problem to the email indicated on their website and no response. I bought the lifetime version of the plugin and regretted it. They are definitely not professionals!!
It was a conflict with another plugin. Solved! Sorry!

Note that the page is opening correctly, but the option does not appear in the menu:
I’ve had this same problem with other themes. It seems to me that it is really a Woocommerce bug in the Portuguese language.
I’ve seen other posts here with the same problem in other languages ??as well.
I had to solve it with CSS, but I posted it here on the forum to find out if the Woocommerce people wouldn’t have an official solution for this problem…
