I have the same issue and clearing the user status didn’t work.

What happened was that my recaptcha secret and public code was not the right one for that website. I have been building on 3 sites at the same time and I entered the wrong info. So, try checking your code to ensure that it’s correct. Also, if you’re using a staging site, make sure that you enter the staging site address into the Google Recaptcha settings for that site.

I fixed it. it was the recaptcha.

I figured out what was happening. It has nothing to do with your plug-in. The event plugin didn’t have a feature to restrict certain people from signing up for the event which is what i wanted to do. We are now just restricting the whole page. Problem solved.

that’s not the registration that i mean. I am using wp-event and other accounts can not buy a ticket. The ticket portion doesn’t show for any other account logged in except me.
