In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Missing field “itemListElement” in BreadcrumbsI just checked my Google search console and I still have the issue listed as a critical error on my home page. So I’m assuming the bug is still there.

In reply to: [WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click] Deactivating the pluginYes, I do have that! I thought any settings would just apply to galleries, but there is a built-in site wide image protection and right click protection also available in the other options and I had that set to provide the protection. I can now activate or deactivate that setting and have control back over my site!
Thanks so much for helping with an issue that had nothing to do with your plugin (which I did find easy to use, by the way!)

In reply to: [WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click] Deactivating the pluginThanks so much for replying! I couldn’t see how your plugin could still be in effect after it was deleted! I do recall a lot of issues when I first tried to block right click but I can’t now recall exactly what I did, which doesn’t help troubleshooting. Your caching suggestions are important, and I just purged my Cloudfare cache. I also confirmed that I have no other plugins running that are designed to stop right clicking. What is odd is that even new posts written in the past week have right click protection on them. Here is one example: https://www.backyardimage.com/photographing-the-ain-dubai-and-jumeirah-in-dubai/
I don’t expect you to waste your time as your plugin is now deleted, but it is certainly foxing me how I ended up with right-click protection with no obvious reason!

In reply to: [WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click] Deactivating the pluginI never managed to remove the copy protection. It still a mystery as to why you can’t right click!

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Missing field “itemListElement” in BreadcrumbsThanks for reporting back on that.
How will I know if the issue has been resolved? Will you come back here and report the solution?
I don’t know the impact – I’m assuming my website in no longer in Google rich results.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Missing field “itemListElement” in BreadcrumbsIs there a way to remove Yoast and this problem section of the landing page of my website and then reinstall it? Or is there anything in the Yoast Tools area that will clear this and allow me to recreate it?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Missing field “itemListElement” in BreadcrumbsI did that just now. I didn’t have a photo for the logo in the past, but I added it when these issues started and I rebuilt the configuration in Yoast. I added the image then.
I just cleared my cache and tried the Google test again – still the same issue. One critical issue with the Breadcrumbs.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Missing field “itemListElement” in BreadcrumbsThanks for this response. As far as I can tell from the Google error message and illustration of the page it occurs, it is on the home page of my site, which is set to show posts. I’m not sure you can edit this page as such?
I also looked in the most recent post and found the area you mention in the Advanced section, but I don’t have a breadcrumbs field to complete on that post.
I also looked at Search Appearance in the main menu the Home Page I have a SEO title, a Meta Description that is completed, but no breadcrumbs section there. The next section in Search Appearance is Social Settings and Social Title.
I also checked the Breadcrumbs section of Search Appearance. Apart from the Separator, nothing else is completed on this page and Breadcrumbs for the theme is disabled. I don’t recall ever visiting or changing anything on this page.

In reply to: Wrong permalinks in the text of my postsI decided to use Better Search Replace and went through each of the years and months to remove the incorrect links. There were several thousand. So that is good now. However, I am still seeing 404s which reference a URL structured like this:
/2015/07/learning-points-from-creating-a-new-symbiostock-website?share=facebookDoes anyone know where this URL might be stored in WordPress? The incoming user agent is Petalbot: PetalBot;+https://webmaster.petalsearch.com/site/petalbot)
Is the bot following something on my site that I need to correct to remove the year and date from the URL?

In reply to: Wrong permalinks in the text of my postsI think there are a lot! I hadn’t thought of PHPMyAdmin, so I will investigate that! Thanks!
Steve
Thanks. This has been the only failure in about 14 successful registrations, so I will put it down to human error perhaps! I downgraded the user manually in the admin site and then removed them, so he is going to try again.
Once the recurring payment is set up, does Paypal just process those automatically – ie is there an interaction with my site each month for each person or that occurs just at sign up or cancellation? And a second question if I may. I’ve signed up to Stripe. Can I change my payment gateway now to Stripe and avoid disrupting the ongoing payments from members that have already signed up?

Thanks – I hadn’t been to that part of your plugin. I set it to “Only apply to NextGEN images” and the problem has been resolved

In reply to: [Document Gallery] Document Gallery hangs when downloading a PDFThanks – it appears to be Photocrati. Now for more investigation!
Thanks for your help. I’ll rate the plugin!
SteveYes, worked for me as well. I hope the plugin author picks this up
