Hi there,

I have the same problem. can’t acces my /wp-admin/ and not able to remove the plugins or revslider. Tried filezilla, also with ssh. And tried web-FTP.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your help. I think it’s an theme conflict, I can’t see those options in woocommerce settings in X theme.

When I upload images when using TwentyFifteen they apear correct.
When I switch back to X theme after uploading the images they are still correct.
But when I upload new images when using X theme, they are strechted again (only the images uploaded when using X).

Strange, because I use theme X on more webshops.

Now I know the problem, but can’t find a solution. ??

Wow, that’s weird. I deleted woocommerce and the language files. Installed woocommerce again and deactivated all my plugins, accept woocommerce. Still no thumbnail options ?? https://nieuweoogstmachinekopen.nl/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/thumbnail_issue_3.jpg

The other shops are in Dutch aswell.

I’ve created more webshops with woocommerce but never had this issue. I just had a look on other shops but can’t see the thumbnail option either.

Thank you for your reply, but I dont have the option to change the crop sizes in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display. I have woocommerce version 2.4.6

I’ve tried to put in this php code in my child themes category.php and category-template.php but it doesnt work.

Is this the correct file? Did I put it in the wrong line?

When I create a new category.php file in my child themes folder and put in only this line: <?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[contact-form-7 id=”1234″ title=”Contact form 1″]’ ); ?> (with the correct title)

I only see the form and nothing else on the page.

When I copy the file from the parents theme and add the code, the page doesnt work anymore.

Excuse me my bad english, I hope you understand me and can help me with this issue.
