Any chance there is a solution for this? It seems very odd and I am struggling to fix this.

This is exactly what was used however %%name%% is not pulling in the author name as expected. I have provided what is being displayed when using this variant in Yoast SEO.

e.g.
Used:
%%title%% %%separator%% by %%name%%
Result:
Have you seen the white Ghost | by %%name%%

This only sets the user profile SEO snippet. I am looking to add the author into each post snippet.

e.g. Have you seen the white Ghost | by Stefan Bond

Which should be %%title%% %%separator%% by %%name%% when using Yoast SEO however %%name%% does not work when UM is installed.
