I just installed the plugin on my multisite environment. I do see the same issue as above when I use the “enfold” theme. For another site, where I use another Theme, I do see the visibility rules.

How can I fix this for my theme “Enfold”?

I’m facing the same problem. I also have created a CPT with Toolset and I have defined a Content Template by Toolset to display all the details of that particular page.
This content template will only be used for single page details.

However, when I select PDF or Print – I do get a blank PDF sheet.

Check your site setting where you can maintin this as Superadmin

To my understanding is cloaking and masking the same. Then you start using frames and that path is very bad for your SEO as SEO does not like the frames structures.
You are also loosing the full URL’s and just keep the domains. Not handy for sending/sharing links to particular pages.

I just installed it and ran the tool to create an XLS and XLSX file:
– When I open XLSX version – I do get an message that the file is corrupted.
– The XLS version is working.

Working with WP 3.5.1 and Toolset – Types to create Cust Post Type including Fields.
Working with Excel Mac2011 on Mac 10.7.5

PS: I do see that only the standard post fields are exported. There is no option to get also the Cust Post Fields exported?

Yes – in that case the menu will appear.

I was counting on the effect that the menu was directly available to avoid the additional click to edit another item

Yes – I have done so – but I dont see anywhere the tree popping up.

When I activate the Menu option, I do see a tree option in the menu.

I have added also a subdomain via my Plesk Control and pointed that to httpdocs. By adding this, the subdomain is working

I have included a extra line item in my DNS setting – type A-record – with the “*” and the same IP-address as the main site.

Any suggestions of what I need to add there to ensure it will be directed to the same as the main domain?

What do you mean with hardcoded … you need to change the PHP scripts for that?

OK – so there is no need to change the 1 to True.

Is there anything you recommend to do or would it be the best way to start from scratch – reinstall WP
– activate WP manually

I have tried to use your suggested line as a second line after the first define … but then the site will go up. I’m still not able to start the dashboard (404), and when I visit the site I do get the default page of the web server …
