I like minimal themes, so clean and easy to read and browse.

The best thing about such themes is that you keep it simple, which it already has. So suggesting you to add any more stuff will only be clutter. I would have liked, perhaps a signup form for email marketing at the top… most themes do not provide that, and it will be great to have it inbuilt…

anyways, you have got some very good reviews on your blog, what review plugin you are using?

Perhaps you can use some more social media on your single post pages. An easily visible social voting buttons always helps.

Your blog took some time to load, perhaps you should look to speed up the loading time.

The blue background is a bit too striking, perhaps you can opt for a more peaceful light color.

Would suggest you to cut down on your ads. One square or a bigger rectangle ad in the center of the post page is just enough. You do not need three of them. Having more ads actually lowers the CPC.

@geekly is right, problogger is one of the best places on the net to learn about monatizing a site.

Popups and those distracting ads does not make anything. Work hard on your blog and generate more traffic, then try some of the other options like – reviews, adsense, private ads etc.

The theme is good, am not a fan of bright background colors, but it works for you.

Your logo is good, but would suggest you to put your domain name in the logo – helps in building a brand. Your readers will remember it.

The logo and the header is very good, looks clean and very brandable.

The loading time is good. You have some very good content on your blog. Keep adding more content and you will get more traffic.

Would suggest you to add some social voting buttons on your blog posts.

Don’t worry about traffic, just keep adding content and traffic will increase,

Your page has so many things and yet the page loading was so quick. Congrats for loading speed.

The background image selections are excellent, all images loads at lightning speed.

Here are a few quick things you can work on:

1) Get a logo – it helps in improving your brand, your readers will remember it.

2) Get a favicon

3) Get some social media voting buttons on your single post pages – Your content is too good, it will spread like viral on the social media,

Your loading speed is ok, it is not fast but still it is not a big issue.
If you want to speed it up further, try resizing your images. Your 700+ pix image is scaled to 500+ on the browser, it takes tim to load. Resize it off line before uploading for faster page loads.

Your blog needs a lot of work, you are using the default theme or so it seems. Try getting a logo or a header at the top.

The best part is your content which you have both plenty and of high quality.

No, plugins do not increase visitors, good content does.

anyway, your site loading speed if very slow. It can be due to the background image, but your site took a really long time to load.

would suggest you to allow the right click, disabling that makes browsing very hard.

Excellent design, your site looks very good.

The site loading was fast considering the heavy graphics you have on your homepage. I like the images you have used for facebook, twitter, youtube etc.

The navigation panel looks great as well. Everything is shiny and reflecting, very web 2.0 type.

However, i must say that we do not review wordpress.com blogs and the blog subpage that you have on your site, takes to the wordpress.com site.

I like your theme, the background image is excellent, the slider looks cool but i guess you might want to add more posts to the top slider.

I have been to delhi in the past, i have seen those places. Overall, good job with the design.

Would suggest you to add some quality content as well. Try adding some articles with information about the places that you cover.
