Just to let you know –I have the same issue (blank menu content in the customizer and weird behavior), and it turned out that Blocksy simply doesn’t like my Safari browser old 12.1.2 version.

I’ve no plugin conflict, no (-1) php memory limit. The only clue I got is :

I disabled GZip compression in Swift Performance settings and this made frontend back to normal.

Yes sorry, forgot to close the thread.
That was because apparently the serialized values of gawd options got corrupted when exporting/importing database for backup or site migration. Deleting manually all GAWD options in the database before reinstalling the plugin solved my issue.

If really GAWD options hardly stand a sql export, maybe adding a button to export settings as a xml or csv file before going live would be helpful.
The first symptom is “you didn’t set a web-property”. But in fact, all GAWD sub-menu items disappear and there is no way to set whatever (therefore the need to dig into the database).

Sorted out!

My mistakes were :
– I missed and hadn’t deleted all gawd options before reinstalling the plugin,
– I’ve had a previous issue (with SiteOrigin Page Builder) of serialized data corrupted by an export/reimport of the database. Maybe the initial issue was the same here.

My product pages are not published yet. Just made one of them visible for you here.

By the way, I’m also using the “Mailchimp for WordPress” plugin (by ibericode). This plugin inserts a checkbox on checkout page to register for the newsletter. Not sure wether this is bento-dependant, but here too (as for the attribute text and dropdown menu on variable product pages) there is no space between the checkbox and the text.

As the changelog however, I am not sure what I am meant to do with BEWPI_TEMPLATES_DIR. Can I use a filter as above to change the dir-path so that my custom invoice template is not lost when updating the plugin?

My apologies. I was busy with another website.
I saved my custom be-woocommerce-pdf-invoices-fr_FR.po and .mo files in the wp-content/languages/plugins folder
I then tried 2 different things. Both are working.
– Either : Change BEWPI_LANG_DIR (to ‘/languages/plugins’)
– Or : Simply delete the FR .po and .mo files from the plugin’s lang folder (without changing BEWPI_LANG_DIR). Then my custom translation saved in wp-content/languages/plugin is loaded.

I’m not sure which one is the most update-safe?

Sorry for the late reply.
I needed to set different tabs for different products so couldn’t go ahead with the plugin anyway –apologies.
However, me too couldn’t see a “Tab Manager” menu as shown in the screen shot above. I have YITH wishlist plugin installed so both plugings were under a “YIT plugins” menu. The wishlist plugin works like a charm. But I definitively couldn’t see Tab Manager tabs for product tab creation (only the “activate plugin” tab appears).

Your reactivity and last update are great!
As overriding translation, I’m unsure we think about the same thing –I made a small personal change already in the French po/mo file and I’m just looking for a way to keep my change when the plugin is updated. Therefore my question about including it either in a child-theme or the wp-content/languages folder.
Apart this special case, the FR translation included in the plugin is perfectly fine and doesn’t need to be updated.

Keeping customizations (.mo file, custom template) safe from plugin updates is in fact the only thing that refrains me using your plugin.

Sorry I forgot –I have an issue with the header that doesn’t repeat on every page. This was already not working before v2.2.2.
Did I forget to tick a box somewhere?

Yes. Because I have only a short sign-up form in col 1. It was stuck to the far left side of the screen, which made the page design really unbalanced. This also is what made me confused as multicolumn rows support with the front page template –my apologies.

Voilà,

I added the “container” class in the multiple-columns-row attributes and Abracadabra! That did the job. Now I hope that a theme update will not prove my laziness wrong.

Will mark this topic as resolved, unless you suggest a more reliable solution?
