I should also add that I tried to submit a support ticket through your website form but it doesn’t work. Clicking submit does nothing.
OK this is crazy. For anyone reading this DO NOT give Optin Monster your credit card details. They charge you even when you have your account set to not be charged. I am now on day 3 of trying to get a refund and nothing yet. They hide and won’t provide email contact or phone. Steer clear of this plugin!
I dont think you are reading or understanding. If I click those links or try to go to support on your site it redirects me back to this forum!! I don’t have time to keep playing games. What is your email or support phone so I can talk to someone directly and get a refund. I should not have been charged seeing I had it set to pause and not auto enroll me.

I wasn’t aware this was resolved? You should have inquired again not mark it resolved when it wasn’t. I am a very busy person and don’t have time to do your technical support investigation as well. For now the problem still exists and no updates have fixed it.

This Jetpack requirement and wordpress .com requirement really was quite the ordeal. I’ve been using Vaultpress the past few years and it was easy to setup. Now not so much. I was also surprised that I could not contact support without being signed in which was part of the account problem. So I was completely stuck having paid already. Not a good way to run things.
No products display once the xml is uploaded. No warnings or errors either. I uninstalled this and am tried a different one. The xml file that the other plugin generated when I uploaded it displayed the products in google merchant. But had errors. lol. Can’t win it seems. May end up doing this manually.

@bartj Its working, ver 2.31.2! Now that my hosting provider enabled the mime_content_type function its sending emails again. Does this help your end with debugging?
@bartj – OK my hosting enabled the mime_content_type function. Did you want me to test with latest version or still 2.30.1 ?

@bartj I looked on your site for ver 2.30.2 but its not listed. Only 2.30.1 is.
I am waiting to hear back from my hosting. They are pretty quick for the most part. Will see what they say.

@bartj Hi – there were no errors showing in 2.30.0 when I reverted back to it. I updated again (yesterday) to latest version and the emails stopped sending again. Had clients mentioning they did not receive the emails. I’ve reverted back to 2.30.0 now again so things work. I will inquire about with my hosting about the mime_content_type function. Would this not still be part of 2.30.0 though? Or is it new in 2.31.2? I don’t understand why 2.30.0 works and 2.31.2 does not. Odd.

Ver 2.30.0 has been working fine. Emails are sent upon purchases.
