The short code can be added in either view, and it will be replaced with HTML only on the page preview or when its published.

Sounds like the plugin may not be enabled? If it is could you try typing the short code into the editor again to make sure there weren’t any typos in it etc.?

I’ve now incorporated multiple body html elements into a page.
You can use the syntax: [body id="element1"][/body], where “element1” is the name of a custom field to insert.

So you can make as many custom fields as you like and then reference them in different places in that page.

This is available in version 0.5 of the plugin.

I’m not particularly familiar with prefetch, but you could try moving the wordpress action around.
