Every time I update the billing/shipping city, I get this error in QueryMonitor Console and the endless loading starts. So I disabled your plugin and everything works normally.

Ok I found the issue. It was because of this line in functions.php

define( 'WPCF7_UPLOADS_TMP_DIR', '/wpcf7_uploads/' );

After I removed the line the warning disappeared.

I disabled all of the plugins and enabled CF7 – error popped up. I enabled individual plugins without CF7 – error didn’t pop up.
When I’m logged in the error doesn’t show. Only when I view the page not logged in.

@kubiq, I installed the plugin for the first time on this website from wp repository, so it was probably the most up to date version.

I tried to run the plugin again, to test before I’d install previous version you sent and now everything works like a charm, all images converted and browser is serving them. So idk what happened there, but it’s resolved by itself.

you’re right, it was W3 Total Cache causing it. I couldn’t pinpoint the exact reason and so I let it disabled. No noticable change in performance.
